About the event
This series is about supporting and creating a space for Black parents to connect, learn, and prepare. Our focus will be on:
- Supporting Black parents during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.
- Providing a six session series - 2 sessions per month for 3 months.
- Giving informative and useful resources.
- Sharing with parents tools and knowledge on advocacy, provider selection, building their support team, nutrition, bodywork, birth options/wishes, infant feeding and newborn care, postpartum recovery and more!
